1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dan55 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By completing the registration process on the dan55 Platform, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full, without reservation or qualification.

These Terms apply to all users of the dan55 Platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account, registered players who have completed the sign-up process, and players who access the Platform via any device, browser, or application interface.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The dan55 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. dan55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfied to the Company's satisfaction.

2.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Pakistan, and a valid contact number and email address. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the dan55 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The dan55 Platform is operated for and targeted at players in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. dan55 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended operating territory.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dan55 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dan55 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify dan55 support immediately at [email protected]. dan55 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account following such notification.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dan55 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. The Company may, at any time, require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), a valid Pakistani passport, proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by dan55 may result in your account being placed in a restricted state, with deposits and withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. dan55 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances, as communicated in the Platform's fee schedule. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

dan55 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. dan55 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time, subject to reasonable prior notice where possible.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. dan55 does not charge a deposit fee on verified accounts, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. dan55 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above PKR 50,000.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to processing any withdrawal, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your account identity verification must be complete; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fulfilled; and (c) your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or restrictions.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the dan55 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dan55 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No foreign currency conversion is applied by the Platform; however, if your payment provider processes transactions in a different currency, any resulting conversion costs are your own responsibility.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dan55 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are available within each game interface and in the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule will prevail.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

dan55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms, involves misuse of a pricing error, or is otherwise contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

5.3 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting session, dan55 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the applicable stakes to the relevant player accounts. The Company accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical errors that are outside of its reasonable control.

5.4 Sports Betting — Cricket and PSL

Live in-play betting markets on cricket matches, including PSL fixtures and international matches involving the Pakistan national team, are subject to match-specific rules. Bets placed on abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned unless the relevant market has been settled in line with the declared rules for that market. Settlement rules for each cricket betting market are displayed at the point of bet placement.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the dan55 Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering. dan55 may alter stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional offers and bonuses available on the dan55 Platform are subject to individual terms stated at the time of each offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified Pakistani players who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit and whose accounts are in good standing.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are specified in the individual promotional terms accompanying each offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dan55 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, dan55 reserves the right to void the bonus, recover any bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the account in question.

6.4 Promotions Subject to Change

dan55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform's Promotions page or by email to registered players.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dan55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events or casino games;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or pricing systems;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to process the proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening dan55 staff members or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your dan55 account by any third party, including family members.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the dan55 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of dan55 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the dan55 Platform without the prior written consent of dan55. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

dan55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dan55 does not sell or rent personal data to third-party marketing organisations. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations. 10 Responsible Gaming

dan55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across Pakistan. We provide all registered players with access to the following self-management tools, available directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session duration reminders and automatic logout timers;
• Loss limit controls for casino and sports betting activity;
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dan55, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage.

dan55's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms, arising under any legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dan55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12 Termination

You may close your dan55 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon request for account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

dan55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) dan55 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) dan55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; or (d) the Company ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination initiated by dan55 for cause, any balances associated with bonus funds or wagering requirement obligations may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. Real-money balances that are not associated with outstanding bonus conditions will be returned to you, subject to satisfactory completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which dan55 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licensing framework.

For players based in Pakistan, dan55 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a timely and fair manner through its internal dispute resolution process before any escalation to external proceedings. Players may submit a formal complaint to [email protected], and the Company commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

dan55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an earlier effective date is required by law or regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the dan55 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
